Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.ivestraining.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For orders to be shipped the same day, they must be received prior 1:00PM (Pacific Time). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that once an order has been submitted via the website or confirmed via telephone the shipping method cannot be changed.


Shipping Options (United States)

We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

  1. UPS

Ship on our UPS account and the shipping charges will be added to your order.

  • UPS Ground Service - Receive delivery based on distance to destination (1-5 business days).
  • UPS 3Day Select - Receive delivery by end of day (3 business days).
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Receive delivery typically by end of day (2 business days).
  • UPS 2nd Day Air AM - Receive delivery typically by 10:30AM (2 business days).
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - Receive delivery typically by 3PM (next business day).
  • UPS Next Day Air- Receive delivery typically by 10:30AM (next business day).
  • UPS Next Day Air Early AM- Receive delivery as early as 8AM (next business day).

Note: There may be additional surcharges for delivery to residential addresses, Saturday delivery, and/or oversized items. Some shipping options may be unavailable depending on location.

  1. Collect (On Customer’s Account)

Ship on your own account. You will be required to enter the Shipping Company, Shipping Service and Shipping Account Number. There will be no shipping charged to your order.

  1. Pickup

If you are local to our Blaine, WA warehouse, you can choose to pick up your order. Simply choose the Pickup option and we will get your order ready for pickup. Pickup is only available within office hours (weekdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). All orders must be placed prior to pickup, either online or via telephone.


Shipping Options (Canada)

We currently offer three shipping options within Canada:

  1. Purolator

Ship on our Purolator account and the shipping charges will be added to your order.

  • Purolator Ground - Receive delivery based on distance to destination (1-5 business days).
  • Purolator Express - Receive delivery by the end of day (next business day).
  • Purolator Express 10:30AM - Receive delivery by 10:30AM (next business day).
  • Purolator Express 9:00AM - Receive delivery by 9AM (next business day).

Note: There may be additional surcharges for delivery to residential addresses, Saturday delivery, and/or oversized items. Some shipping options may be unavailable depending on location.

  1. Collect (On Customer’s Account)
    Ship on your own account. You will be required to enter the Shipping Company, Shipping Service and Shipping Account Number. There will be no shipping charged to your order.
  2. Pickup
    If you are local to our Surrey, B.C. office, you can choose to pick up your order. Simply choose the Pickup option and we will get your order ready for pickup. Pickup is only available within office hours (weekdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). All orders must be placed prior to pickup, either online or via telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive all or some of the following emails after your order has been completed, depending on how you chose to ship your order and how you chose to pay.

  • Order Confirmation Email – Every order will receive this email with the details of the order.
  • Order Tracking Email – All orders, except pickup delivery option will receive this email with the tracking information for the shipment.
  • Invoice Email – Every order will receive this email with an invoice attached.
  • Credit Card Receipt Email – Every order paid by credit card will receive this transaction receipt.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship to destinations outside of the US and Canada.


Returns

Items returned within 30 days are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Please note that models, digital products, DVDs, and CDs are not eligible for refunds, all sales will be final. There are no refunds on items returned after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).

To return an item, please contact the Order Desk to receive an RMA number.


Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
